Our Attorneys

Lillian is an Associate Attorney with Mack & Mikullitz, P.C., specializing in matrimonial and family law.  Coming from a prominent law firm in the Capital District, she brings a diverse set of skills, a passion for her clients, and a commitment to justice.

Since being admitted to the bar, Lillian has handled hundreds of matrimonial and family law matters, beginning with the original consultation through the conclusion of the case and post-judgment actions. Lillian has handled cases in Supreme and Family Courts, working with clients through negotiations, court appearances, and trials. She has valuable trial experience, having had the opportunity to first-chair custody, child support, equitable distribution, and post-judgment enforcement trials.

Earning her J.D. from Albany Law School, Lillian distinguished herself in various moot court competitions. Notably, she emerged as a finalist in the Karen C. McGovern Senior Prize Trials Competition. Lillian’s commitment to excellence extended beyond the courtroom as she served as the President and Captain of Albany Law School Women’s Rugby. 

During her time at Albany Law School, Lillian served as a Certified Legal Intern for the Albany County District Attorney’s Office in the Special Victims Unit; acted as the 3L Representative for the Family Law Society; and gained valuable experience as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Andra Ackerman at the Albany County Court, Third Judicial District. 

Originally from Kingston, New York, Lillian enjoys spending her free time with her cats, Chip and Queso, playing rugby, and watching the New York Rangers.
