Our Attorneys

Lucas G. Mihuta, Esq. spearheads the criminal defense, personal injury, residential real estate and general civil litigation divisions of the practice.  He is a seasoned trial practitioner who has earned state-wide recognition for his criminal trial defense work, his appellate successes, and his work as a personal injury attorney specializing particularly in automobile accident litigation.  His other practice areas include estate planning and administration, probation violation proceedings, DWI defense, residential real estate, commercial civil litigation and contested estate litigation.

Lucas was born and raised in rural southern Vermont, and in his free time, enjoys skiing, hiking and building treehouses.  Our resident thrill seeker and adventure enthusiast, he has also summited all 46 Adirondack high peaks, travelled the Amazon rain forest, sailed the Galapagos Islands, rafted some of the northeast’s most aggressive whitewater rapids, hang glided in Europe, hiked the Swiss Alps, and participated in a guided expedition on Mount Rainier.  Lucas is admitted to practice law in both New York and Florida.
