Mack & Mikullitz, P.C., was founded and formed on April 29, 2026 by Barrett D. Mack, Esq and Kelly J. Mikullitz, Esq.  Barrett and Kelly are Albany-based attorneys, each with over twenty years of experience in managing divorce and family law legal teams serving the Capital District. Prior to forming Mack and Mikulltiz, P.C., Barrett managed the law firm of Mack and Associates, PLLC for over twelve years and Kelly was the managing partner of a prominent downtown Albany law firm’s matrimonial practice where she practiced for over twenty years.

The new legal team is comprised of eleven attorneys, three seasoned paralegals, and very experienced legal support staff.  The firm and its attorneys are committed to providing the highest quality of legal services to its clients. Clients are treated with compassion, courtesy, and kindness. Clients are kept informed about their cases and are able, at any time, to contact the firm and speak with a member of their legal team.
